| The award is valid only for the date and name printed on the certificate. | |
| Each award certificate is valid for the number of nights, room type, and the hotel indicated on the certificate. Please make sure that you have the required number of mile at the time you request an award. Otherwise we cannot accept your request. Hotel award reservation must have been confirmed before the necessary mileage is deducted from your JMB account.

| Once requested, changes to the dates, hotel user name, room type and bed types are not permitted. Changing to a different award is not permitted. |

Please call JAL Group office of your membership registration for hotel award reservations. Reservaions can only be accepted for check-in dates from 14 days to 6 months prior to your check-in date. (Due to our contract agreements there are some cases in which we may not be able to accept reservations 6 months in advance.)
