Please make sure you receive a hotel receipt made out in your name.

| 3.Mileage accumulated from hotel stays will be reflected in your account within 2-3 months. |
| Until your mileage has been credited to your account, please retain hotel receipts issued in your name. |

- * Even if you mentioned your JMB membership number at the time of reservations, you must advise the hotel when you check-in that you wish to accumulate mileage credit. Failure to do so will result in uncredited mileage.
- * A stay at the same hotel for more than 1 night is considered as "1 stay." If you check out and check in again at the same hotel within a 24 - hour period, it will be considered as one stay.
- * If 2 or more JMB members share a room, only the member whose name appears on the hotel receipt will receive mileage credit.
- * Reserving multiple rooms in the same member's name will result in the crediting of mileage for 1 stay.

If you did not request mileage credit at the time of check-in or you find a discrepancy, please send your hotel receipt (receipt must bear the member's name) together with your JMB membership number to the JMB Center in your region.
- * No mileage credit will be given for any hotel stay prior to enrollment. In addition, post-stay hotel credit requests over 6 months after the date of the hotel stay will not be accepted.
- * As sent documents cannot be returned to you, you are advised to retain copies of necessary documents.

Earning Miles with Starwood Hotels & Resorts
You can now exceed your expectations. Starwood Hotels Resorts (Four Points by Sheraton, Sheraton, W Hotels & Resorts, Le Meridien, Luxury Collection, Westin and St. Regis) will offer JMB miles for hotel stays based on spending, so you will no longer be limited to a flat amount
Beginning January 1, 2007, you must be a member of Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) in advance and select JAL Mileage Bank from Starwood's list of airline partners to earn miles. You must show your SPG account number or membership card at time of check-in. To receive miles, the rules of SPG program apply, and Preferred Guest members earn 2 miles per US dollar spent. Gold and Platinum Preferred Guests earn 3 miles per US dollar spent.
Post-stay Hotel Credit
Since the prescribed procedures such as prior enrollment will be applied in order to accumulate JMB miles, please send your post-stay mileage credit requests (retro-claims) for stays from January 1, 2007 directly to SPG Customer Care. Also, please note that retro-claims received by JMB Center after this date will be sent back to you due to the above-mentioned reason.
